4. Conclusion of the Contract
The offers on this website are a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and/or services from Tap One Go. By ordering via this website, including acceptance of these GTC, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Tap One Go then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by email, confirming that the customer's offer has been received by Tap One Go. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.

5.1 Subscription Payment
1. Payment and Billing
Payments for subscriptions will be automatically deducted from the cardholder’s saved payment method on a recurring basis. For monthly subscriptions, payments are withdrawn every 30 days. For yearly subscriptions, payments are withdrawn every 365 days from the start of the subscription.The cardholder will be notified via email at the beginning of each new subscription period. By subscribing to our service, the cardholder agrees that their payment information will be securely saved using Datatrans tokenization. This process ensures that sensitive card details are encrypted and stored in compliance with industry standards.

Customers can start subscribing to our products and services by navigating to the subscription section of their account and selecting the desired subscription plan. The subscription will begin as soon as the payment is successfully processed.
4. Unsubscribing
Customers can unsubscribe from our products and services at any time by going to the subscription section of their account and selecting the option to unsubscribe.Upon unsubscribing, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be terminated.
5. Notices and Receipts
Customers will receive an email notification upon the start of each new subscription period. A receipt will be available on the website after every successful payment.

There is no minimum notice period required for unsubscribing. However, any changes made to subscriptions will take effect after the current billing cycle.

Items available from stock are usually delivered within 24 hours. In no case do delivery delays justify claims for damages or a right of withdrawal from the contract. Deliveries or shipping are made at the customer's expense and risk. The shipping costs are shown to the customer before placing the order. For orders with a value of CHF 80.00 or more, delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.

7. 10-Day Right of Withdrawal
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for 10 calendar days after receiving the goods. The period is deemed to have been met if the customer sends the written withdrawal via return form to Tap One Go within the period. The withdrawal does not need to be justified. Please note that only stamped packages will be accepted. Also note that the shipping costs for returns are borne by the sender. Unstamped packages and shipments will not be accepted.
Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note to the return address provided by Tap One Go in the Legal Notice. Returns to Tap One Go are made at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided Tap One Go has already received the goods back.
Tap One Go reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damages, excessive wear and tear, or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the depreciation from the purchase price already paid or to charge the customer.
No right of withdrawal is granted in the following cases:
1. If the contract concerns a movable item that is manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
2. If the contract concerns digital content that is not provided on a fixed data carrier or if the contract is to be fully fulfilled immediately by both contracting parties;
3. If the contract concerns a service and the contract is to be fully fulfilled by the provider immediately;
4. In the areas of accommodation, transport, delivery of food and beverages, and leisure activities, if the provider undertakes, when concluding the contract, to provide the services at a specific time or within a precisely specified period.

8. Warranty
Tap One Go endeavors to deliver goods in perfect quality. In the event of defects reported in writing within 5 days after receipt of the goods, Tap One Go guarantees that the goods purchased by the customer are free of defects and functional during the statutory warranty period of generally two years from the delivery date. It is at the discretion of Tap One Go to provide the warranty through free repair, equivalent replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Further warranty rights are excluded.
Normal wear and tear as well as the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, and defects attributable to external circumstances, are not covered by the warranty. Also excluded from the warranty are consumable and wear parts (e.g., batteries, rechargeable batteries, etc.). It is not possible for Tap One Go to provide any guarantees or warranties for the currency, completeness, or accuracy of the data as well as for the permanent or uninterrupted availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks, and other content.
