1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the subscription services provided by Tap One Go. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before initiating a subscription.

2. Subscription Process

Subscriptions are available for monthly (30 days) or yearly (365 days) periods. When subscribing, you will be required to select your desired subscription tier and number of users for group plans. Payment will be processed using the payment details provided at the time of registration.
By subscribing to our service, you agree that your payment information will be securely processed and stored using Datatrans tokenization. This method allows us to handle your payment details without storing sensitive information directly. Instead, a token will be generated to securely process recurring payments for each subscription period, either monthly or yearly. You can update or remove your payment method at any time in your account settings. Please note that removing your payment details may result in the cancellation of your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Subscription Renewal and Payment

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will receive an email notification before the renewal, and payment will be automatically processed using the saved payment method. If the payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period to update your payment details. Failure to make a successful payment within this period may result in the cancellation of your subscription.

4. Subscription Transfer

Subscribers (owners or managers) can transfer their subscription to another user at the end of the current subscription period. The requestor must initiate the transfer through the account settings. The new user will receive a notification and may choose to accept or reject the transfer. If accepted, the transfer will occur at the time of renewal. The original requestor can cancel the transfer request at any time before renewal.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days within the subscription cycle. Upon cancellation, access to the subscription services will continue until the end of the subscription period.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans and Fees

Tap One Go reserves the right to modify the subscription plans, fees, or services offered at any time. Changes will take effect for the next subscription period. You will be notified of any significant changes to the subscription plans or pricing prior to renewal, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

7. Notifications and Communications

You will receive email notifications for key events related to your subscription, including renewal reminders, payment confirmations, failed payment notifications, and any significant changes to the subscription plans. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date.

8. Billing Information

Invoices for your subscription will be available on your account page. You can view and download detailed billing information for each subscription period. All payments must be made via the accepted payment methods provided during subscription registration.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may store and process your billing and subscription-related information for the purposes of providing subscription services and fulfilling legal obligations. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processors).

10. Liability

Tap One Go excludes liability for any loss of data, interruptions in service, or other indirect damages arising from the use of our subscription services. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors or the failure to renew subscriptions due to payment issues.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the subscription services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
