This article we will show you how to use the dashboard

Get Started

  • As soon as your physical card arrives you are able to hold your phone against a phone or your Qr-Code if you have one present.
  • Login or Register into Tap One Go
  • Press 'the Connect a profile' button
  • Voila! your card is connected with your Account

  • Make sure to connect your product with your profile, before you continue with this tutorial.
  • Navigate to "Products" > "Your Products".
  • Select a product which you like to change the profile of.
  • Click on "Connect Profile".
  • As soon as you click on the button your profile on your card is change. Scan your Product and see the changes!

  • Navigate to "Profile" > "Your Profiles".
  • Select a profile.
  • Press the button "Custom URL Shorter" above the mobile preview.
  • Generate a url and you are ready to share your profile all over the world!

    Matchmaker

    If you are subscribed as with the Matchmaker tier these features are available for you

  • Navigate to "Profile" > "Your Profiles".
  • Select a profile.
  • Enter your custom url short and save it.
  • Now you are ready to share your personal url all over the world!

  • Navigate to "Profile" > "Contact Book".
  • There will be a list of contacts.
  • Click on one of your contact to see more information
  • You are able to export or delete that contact!

  • Navigate to "Profile" > "Your Profiles".
  • Create a new profile by pressing the card "Create Profile" (or the top right, if you already have a profile).
  • In the dropdown select "Qr-Code".
  • You are able to conect existing profiles or a custom url to this "Qr-Code".
  • Are you set and ready? Press the "Download" button to receive a PNG of the Qr-Code.
  • Keep in mind that you can use this Qr-Code for multiple profiles or urls. You can change the destination of your Qr-Code anytime your want. You do not need to create another

    • Network

    As a team you have the ability to include your team in your Tap One Go network and work together

  • Navigate to "Insights" > "Your Networks".
  • Create a new network by pressing the button "Create a Network".
  • Enter a name for your network and press "Create Network".
  • You see the name of your network on the top right under the "Current Network" section. You can press on that name to switch between your Personal and Network context
  • You are able to manage your network under the new "Manage" section.

  • With an active network context, navigate to "Manage" > "Users".
  • Press on the button "Invite New Members" on the top right.
  • There will be a popup which you can use to create new and track pending invitations.
  • Enter an Email and chose the role of the new member.
  • Finally hit the send invitations button

  • With a network product template you are able to customize a product and create placeholders like "Name" and "Email". These Placeholders will be replaced during production. This achieves a uniform branding for all of your members.
  • With an active network context, navigate to "Manage" > "Order Products".
  • Press the button "Create New Template".
  • Choose the Product which you like to customize.
  • You will be presented with an editor which you can use to customize your branding.
  • To set a placeholder, press the "Placeholder" button in the top bar.
  • You can save the template or create an order.
  • Once you order a card you will be presented with a table of your members. Our system recognises which placeholders you have selected and fills those with information that is already provided. You can edit each member with the "Edit" button on the associated member, if there is something missing or wrong.
  • Check the checkbox of each member which should receive a product and ajust the amount they will receive and press the "Add to Cart" button.
  • The products will arrive with the placeholders replaced.
